Description:	2003 Emilio's Terrace Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is an intense wine with deep aromas and flavors of rich berries, and hints of vanilla and violets. The wine has great structure is very well balanced yet surprisingly supple in its texture. The fruit shows well now and will improve with bottle aging. It is elegant and has great charm. The 2003 is from our 4.5 acre l00% organic hillside vineyard in Oakville that rises above Robert Mondavi's famous To-Kolan vineyard.
