Description:	In 1996 Scott Greer (Owner/Winemaker) stumbled upon 76 acres of land in the Yakima Valley now known as Sheridan Vineyard. Little did he know that this would lead to an unexpected career change from finance to the wine world. In 1996 he planted 4 acres and his first harvest came in 2000 which produced a Syrah and a red wine blend now known as L'Orage .
